After 52 days of radio silence from the NYTimes on Amnesty's huge Israeli apartheid report, they slipped in a sideways mention in an article about the Special Rapporteur to the UN Human Rights Council's condemnation of Israeli apartheid.
But no matter how much they continue to use Amnesty as an expert source on human rights issues, they refuse to touch the report itself.
The report detailed Israel's "cruel system of domination," from the unlawful killing of Palestinian protesters to the draconian web of movement restrictions for Palestinians. It joins a host of other Palestinian, Jewish, and international organizations condemning Israeli apartheid.
