Trick or treat, Wall Street?

On this eve of the pagan festival of Samhain, it is said that the veils between worlds are at their thinnest. The doors to the underworld have opened, allowing the dead to come back more easily into our world.

The spectre of our movement – still smouldering – all the unfinished business…still haunts us…so this Halloween, let’s summon the ghosts of conscience, the ghouls of justice, and the costumed hordes to go haunt those Wall Street monsters who still roam the streets of Manhattan unscathed.

Fear the dead. Fight for the living.

In New York, meet on Wall Street.

In Washington, meet on Capitol Hill.

In Vancouver, meet at Kinder Morgan, 7815 Shellmont St Burnaby

In Toronto, meet at Nathan Phillips Square!

In Ottawa, meet at Parliament!

In all other major cities, use #occupyhalloween with #yourcity to connect with anyone else nearby. We suggest congregating at the corporate HQ of your choice or in front of the banks!

For the wild,

I can't beat myself
I can't beat myself
And I don't want to talk
I'm taking the cure
So I can be quiet wherever I want
So leave me alone
You ought to be proud that I'm getting good marks
