Agreed. The average teacher in WI makes $51,000. The average Egyptian makes $450.

Stop comparing yourself to the people of Egypt who are truly oppressed. No one feels bad for you.

You are truly in the world's top 1% of the living standards.

The Wisconsin senate is just voting on a fiance bill, however el gobernador scott walker has cowardly snuck in legislative policy that will eliminate public worker's right to organize and collectively bargain. But we don't bust organized labor in Wisconsin! What you are seeing in WI is 30,000+ public union workers, private union workers, labor rights activists and most importantly students from grade K through graduate school come together to peacefully protest Scott Walker's tyrannical assault on democracy! I almost lost it when I saw 800 high school students march up Washington Ave. chanting in defense of their teacher's rights. Its been a great week for democracy in Wisconsin. Take notes on how the Midwest fights tyranny, its coming to your state next if it isn't already there.
