The Demand is a Process

A lot of people have seemed impatient that the movement now occupying Liberty Plaza near Wall Street has not stated an explicit demand. What a visit to the plaza reveals, though, is that what really matters is not a what at all, but a how. Report by Waging Nonviolence

NOT A DEMAND - "we" show up on Wall St and show the ones who live in fear how to live in LOVE through cooperation - Our job in protest is not to get them to give us anything - they have nothing to give us - we have much to give them.

We demonstrate to them how to live.

How do we know they are living in fear? only people living in fear act in a socio-pathic manner to fellow humans and other sentiant beings and our planet. Only those living in fear feel the need to separate themselves from others. Only those living in fear feel that they need more of everything for themselves. Only people living in fear believe that they are different or better than others based on what they have.

Those who live in fear are having a big tantrum grabbing all they can get for themselves. We show up on Wall St. to say - NO. There is a better way - like parents with erring children - here it is. And we occupy to show them. We are giving them a great gift - we are saying "enough" of your childish fearful games. It is time to stop now and to learn to give - to live simply so that others may simply live.
