I imagine that this spoof is aimed at the same type of idiots who would buy an iphone in the first place. To suggest that someone would commit a crime simply because their PDA makes it easier is laughable. As a multiple felon, I might know. If I make up my mind to commit a crime, I'm going to do it whether I have an iphone or not. Plus, the phone leaves a paper - or rather virtual - trail. Evidence. What it boils down to is this: Mall-roaming socialites are going to use any necessary means to enhance the ease of their lifestyle, and pyschos are going to use any necessary means in order to fulfill their desires, whether it be peeping, stalking, or murder ... iphone or no iphone. Personally, I encourage anyone feeling silly enough to be compelled by their iphone to plan any type of crime involving a firearm to make sure that after they kill the target, turn the gun on themself, because it would be a lot easier for the rest of us to get on without having them around and wondering what kind of off-the-wall antics the phone might inspire them to engage in next.

Seriously, there is no dark side to technology or the harmless applications for the iPhone. I just bought one and I use the apps while waiting for the bus, for my food, for movie tickets. I use the dictionary when I'm reading and I don't have a dictionary on me. They're just apps and it's just a phone, people have to start recognise that technology is meant to be used and not feared.
