The Birth of a Nation

This week Palestinians are moving beyond the Israel- and US-dominated peace process and appealing directly to the world. They are asking the United Nations to formally recognize Palestine as an independent, sovereign state within its 1967 borders.
There is a profound symbolic significance to this move.
It was with a vote in the General Assembly in November 1947 that the state of Israel first achieved recognition through a resolution calling for mutually occupied land to be divided into two states. Israel and most of the nations of the world have long viewed that vote as the source of Israel’s legitimacy as a nation.
If the United Nations General Assembly created the state of Israel sixty years ago, it can create a Palestinian state now.
A bold stroke of poetic justice like that could breathe new life into the whole region and beyond.

Anyone who makes a comment ob the obvious wrong made by this group of people so called Jews get all bend out of shape and label the focused comments on that one wrong as Jews haters. Antisemite--gee is there a "word" to describe your hatred for all non-Jews? You are closed minded and that's the history of your people and people make the same mistakes over and over again when they think inside the box. If anyone say anything that does not go along with your Jewish views, we are labeled antisemite--so in another word we have to comply which makes you what!! Stupid is doers who do without thinking. A follower is nothing but mindless doer. Justice is good when it is for you. Go read the "real" history with your eyes open this time instead of believing what you want to believe because it is more convenient and plays to your comfort. Live the lives of the Palestinians in the condition which Israel has forced onto them. Right when you say and want it to be right is wrong. Don't post here unless you can speak the objective truth.

Kalle has shown time and time again he has no love for Israel and though the above article is benign his past rants give me no trust in his words. Israel is not perfect but the one thing the Palestinians, and the Arab world for that matter, will not do is concede that Israel has a right to exist. Gaza is given back and now they fire missles at Israel ( I know not a perfect reference). The only thing Israel is good for in the Arab minds is to have a scapegoat for their own miseries.
