Revolt!

What would it take for you to take the plunge and get out into the streets?

Revolt, if it is to be successful, must come from the mind; a growing unease and dissatisfaction with things as they are. Revolt may be leaderless, but it cannot be idea-less. Revolt, if one examines the idea, is not a new or unusual thing, merely a reversal of direction. We do it often, sometimes silently, sometimes angrily, but we do it. A choice is seen in greater clarity than before and we merely accept the path which gives us greater benefits, even if it is different from one we chose before. So revolt, to be successful, must present with greater clarity and force of argument the reasons for taking an alternative path to that one now in use, must convince that what one has now is insignificant compared to what one could have, and must present the methods by which this change could be made. It could be said that any society has vested interests in the status quo which could not be unseated by argument. I disagree. For any revolution to succeed, even those interests must be shown to gain, or to lose less by cooperation than they would otherwise. I, as a Progressive Anarchist, want the complete overthrow of present societies, but not now, not immediately, not violently, but gradually and peacefully as ideas gradually seep through one’s mind. The intention of this revolutionary is to assault your mind and destroy your beliefs.

Actually, Anarchism in its truest is a goal. It is a practical and spiritual development of human character and culture. It represents the opposite of 'adolescent narcotic utopianism,' which more accurately describes the concocted nightmares of idealistic authoritarian sociopaths and cults and systems of pre-dominant obsessive hierarchical power.

You can't reinforce what roles full steam ahead mowing over innocent people and annihilating entire peoples and species.

You have to combat it.

In reference to throwing rocks and your desire to charcarise 'anarchists' as 'heroin junkies - sickly, unsmiling faces bewildered that the world doesn't resemble the high experienced after injecting some pure, uncut china-white Stirner or Bakunin.'

Well, it seems clear that the recent demonstration by masses of Egyptians demonstratively gave some credence to and showed Bakunin to be accurate when describing the general goodness of mankind, freed, in community with an eye to develop egalitarian action when free of the pressure of violent arms of domination schemers.

The reference to throwing rocks as some form of fantasy is strange, in that it critiques what people determined through conceived context of situation, and felt a natural agreement that such would need to be done if they too were in a similar situation and in brotherhood with their fellows as Egyptians were and as Bakunin attempted to be.

Good Day to you as a Heckler of other's physical features and positive re-enforcer of supreme ordered change.

The revolt in Egypt is economic. When people have no jobs and can't eat, they hit the streets. Review all the economic stats in Egypt. In the USA, people are fat, dumb and happy, as the saying goes. One of the secrets to political stability is "feed the people." It doesn't take much to understand the USA is well fed .

The one kind of revolt possible here is simply to withdraw consent - one person at a time. Which is probably happening anyway by nature. Fewer and fewer people care meaningfully about government. They are far more interested and engaged in becoming "corporate citizens." Google and Apple, and Nintendo have more "faithful" youths than the Young Republicans.

Without consent, the government is mostly an illusion. Yes, it will still go places and kill people, but that would happen anyway. Look at how truly small the US Army is? A tiny population of mostly country idiots and young sociopaths.

Save yourself, let them go about their deadly business, as they will anyway.

To protect them and theirs from what, may I ask? Where is this looming threat you intend to protect "us" from? Your army doesn't function to protect "us"; it rewards murder, violence and deceit. Take your asinine comments elsewhere.

Destroy the US economy and the government will fall.
