This can only work if you have money to withdraw and no debt which doesn't leave very many people. Perhaps Mr. Cantona has a lot of money. However if at some future point in time he needs to sell his home in Paris (I'm guessing) and he wants to buy an new home elsewhere or a new car and he needs to finance it, I wonder what he will do then?
